The manager lists and all vacant team threads have been updated.

..and those leagues that have manager lists have also been updated along with all league's vacant team lists as previously mentioned.

Please note that the manager lists are now an image file hosted on my website and because of the way phpbb forums work they retain the cache of images for links. It is designed to save time but with static links - ie web addresses that never change like these images - it means it can sometimes require a refresh of the page (usually F5 key will do it) to get the latest image.
