As always for week 1, hope to avoid defeats and maybe find a gem of an FP - not too much to ask  Hillside kick off their season in Div One away to Crewe PR. We both struggled last season so a chance to both start seasons better, cue another draw. Vaga aiming for a 3rd title in a row and as usual have a difficult start on the road to Selly All Stars. |

Start the season with ten players and one rubbish youth quickly promoted to make up the numbers..until Carl launches his usual rescue act and sends me a few players  Main aim is to avoid the drop..and buy a couple of cheap players. |

Vaga start their defence off in miserable fashion with a limp performance and a 1-0 defeat, Selly's really should of battered us!! Hillside play out a thrilling 3-3 draw. Behind twice, come back to lead, but concede late to pick up a fair point. |

Two 0-0 draws to start the season, Happy that Harrogate Railway haven't started the season with a defeat so thats a good start to life in Division one. |

Parkside R battled away but went down to a 1-0 defeat at Forfar United which was about the right result. A few loans have arrived to give us a few options,having to do a bit of a rebuild with this side so hopefully don't get relegated at the same time
