General feeling was a definite yay..although obviously some leagues may struggle to be represented due to managers still not being "internet friendly".
However, reckon it has to be worth doing

I know we discussed this already but I can't remember what decision we came to. How would people feel about a Champions League using the ET program? Since the ET program doesn't allow so much manager participation as the real game, this would only be a sort of 'friendly' competition in the same way as last year's World Cup, but it might still be a bit of fun. How do people feel about this? Yay or nay? |

I think you should spend more time on updating the SS1 client or the Extra time client so we can have tactics and what have you on it.. But failing that i'd be up for a champions league comp

It is for CHAMPIONS so you wouldn't be in it any more than I would be

If your to make it sort of real life champions league comp anyways.. you should make it a bit bigger and have the top 3 sides in the comp(not that im in it anyway as rich pointed out ) with teams in 2nd and 3rd playing a qualifier and the title winners seeded??

Yeah I'd be up for that. I'd make it the top three. If any of the top three clubs aren't on email then I'm sure a nice manager in their league would send it in for them

I realise your main lot's chances of playing are non-existant unless you go to midtable but really

Longfield Athletic would be up for any 'champions' competition.
