When the Premier turned up to this game with just 9 men, Opal were confident of getting off to a winning start, especially when defender Chris Pounder put them 1-0 up early on with a long-range shot. When Premier equalised a few minutes later through midfielder Danny Walsh, it was seen as nothing more than a consolation goal in what would surely eventually be a sound drubbing. It didn't turn out that way, and infact Premier were unlucky not to win this game. They went 2-1 up with a goal from Trevor Sinclair and were close to snatching victory until Opal Rod Regis grabbed the equaliser with 5 minutes to go. In the end, Premier will be very happy with a draw considering they failed to field a full team and have already won their first game. Opal will feel that they've thrown away 2 points, but there's still along way to go in this 5-team group. |

i did send glynn an updated team guys with 11 players, maybe he does'nt want us to win will send another today and see if he does anything about it this time,  at least we are still in with a shout
