A cracking to-and-fro game featuring two of the on-form teams. Both sides have already got off to a good start, so a win here today would have been good enough to see them into the last 8.
Midway through the first half, Premier took the lead with a great goal from 18-year old midfield sensation Lionel Messi. Quartz struck back immediately with a goal from Marvin Zamora - twice the age of Messi, but showing the same quality infront of goal.
All square at half time, both teams came out in the second looking for the victory and Quartz scored straight after the break, Zamora again applying the finishing touch. But Prem weren't to be denied their share of the points and Kit 'Kitty' Bell made sure they got what they deserved with a well placed headed goal.
Quartz now have 7 points from their first 3 games and are probably already into the last 8 (guess who can't be bothered working that part out
). Prem are also undefeated, with 5 points from 9 and will also be confident of a place in the knock-out stages.
