Same entry fee and youthies for the winners/RU etc.

My votes are on the way in a moment too rich for MoM.

Cheers Phil on both counts.... unless there is some response from managers in favour of Cash prizes I am inclined to ask glynn to give youth players for next season's comp as things stand...

I think youth players are probably better with the Cash..but im not sure wether Glynn would let you offer them as prizes...When i did the ael cup he only let me offer them as a prize as it was an email only league But still worth a try if you get enough response

Yeah I know...that is why I keep referring to asking glynn rather than just stating it, changing it etc....personally I can accept glynn's argument for not allowing players but I will ask if the demand is there...

I would hope whatever the prize we would get a good turnout anyway as this season's comp has been a success (in my humble opinion) as , as far as I can see, it has had the largest number of entries to handle but has still managed to run relatively smoothly, and most importantly on time. Mind you, it is probably because I am an old moaner who keeps harrassing everyone

Whilst I remember can the semi-finalists remember their games are next monday.

Hey, I know I am so no argument

The other things in my favour were a - having basically the whole season to fit the games in and b - most of the wpl managers are very frequent visitors to the forum and subsequently didn't miss the notification - looking at the AEL there are only about a dozen of us who seem to ever say anything there... ironic for an all e-mail league....

Yeah i know what you mean..but its easy to keep clean and tidy

was pity busy in the 1st season but died of a slow death after that

I blame the league not yourself....have always (like every manager in every league probably claims) stated that the wpl is the best...nothing has dissuaded me of that opinion yet....tried the BA, hated it. ROE seems okay, could be fun but only because of boo and shorey if I am honest, AEL I could knock on the head tomorrow and not miss at all...and it has nothing to do with the relegation

Yeah i know what you mean i could drop the AEL and the ROE teams and just wait for another WPL team to come vacant...im same tried different leagues they just dont have the same spark about them as the WPL does

have you ever been in the prem? for competitiveness, it must rank up there, its quiet on the forum but there is a good back bone of managers that contribute via league messages

Fixtures are up for next week...well done to Mike and Mark on not getting their game played this week ...could whoever got it right (assuming one of you actually did) let me know
