I've closed entries for next season's Super Cup as clearly no one is coming forward to fill out the 3 team group so the only changes to the cup draw post will be any team name changes (I will be changing Andelain's name in the fixtures shortly as Wayne has entered his soon to be new side in the comp).

Sadly Simon has had to drop his WPL sides so as things stand 3 groups will drop to 3 teams.

If any teams are taken over in time for week 3 they will be given free entry in the Super Cup if they want it (I will cover the entry fee) so I will not make any adjustments to the prizes etc yet.

If we do have more 3 team groups then there will be changes to the number of second placed teams that progress but hopefully some/all of the teams will be taken on.

I will update on this thread once it becomes clear what is happening (general rule is teams go within a few days or sit around for ages so hopefully next week things will be clearer).

The latest news is Gareth has returned and taken on Metal Militia (new name Greendale Oak FC) and is staying in the Super Cup.

Robert has taken on Albion Wolves and I have pm'ed him so hopefully we will have news on whether he is in the Super Cup, and also any team name change, later today.

Paradise Lost are still vacant so will see what happens with them this week before any decision is made on the Super Cup.

Rob has confirmed his team name change and that he will be in the Super Cup this season

So we have one team , Resolven, that will obviously have to be removed if no manager comes in to take them on, but I will give it until the end of the week to see if a new manager comes along.

We have a manager who has asked for the remaining vacant team and they want to be in the Super Cup so the good news is all 3 teams will still be in and no tweaking of the draw will be required.
